Balloon Wars

A theoretically designed, city-themed PVP map for a fictitious game created with 3DS Max and Unreal Engine 4, demonstrating concepts and intricacies of game level production. It was completed in December 2022.

You are given a set amount of water balloons, and you must find opponents to throw the water balloons at. In order to get the opponent removed from the match entirely, they must be hit 3 times, by anyone. The last one standing wins.

The are three different imperative (critical) goals that are achieved through different conditionals depending on the mechanics of the game in real time. The three goals are removing opponents in the arena, finding water fountains to fill up your water balloons, as well as NPCs to talk to once your water balloon supply runs out, and lastly, optimizing your water balloon usage.
